A home is different from a commercial project. It is personal, and the decisions made during construction become part of everyday life for years to come.
Doma Development works with homeowners on new construction, renovations and residential projects where careful planning and coordination are important to the finished result.
Building or renovating a home involves many moving parts. Design decisions, materials, trades, schedules, finishes and site conditions all have to come together.
Doma helps coordinate these elements throughout the construction process, working with homeowners and project professionals to keep the work moving from the initial plans through to completion.
Building new homes around the homeowner's requirements, lifestyle, plans and priorities.
Transforming existing spaces to improve their layout, functionality, appearance and use.
Coordinating the construction work, trades, materials and services required to bring the project together.
Keeping the different stages of the project connected from planning through construction and completion.
Coordinating interior design considerations with the construction process to create a more cohesive finished home.
Whether it is a new home or a significant renovation, Doma focuses on understanding the requirements before construction begins and carrying those decisions through to the finished space.
The goal is simple: a home that works for the people who live in it.
Building or renovating a home is a significant decision. Doma works closely with homeowners throughout the process, combining thoughtful planning, quality workmanship, and attention to detail to create spaces designed for the way they will be lived in.
